My story won't sync
If your story won't sync, it is likely to be due to a network connection issue.
Check your network and make sure you have access to a strong internet connection by:
Moving your device closer to the wifi router.
Try using mobile data.
Log out
To refresh the connection log out, restart and log back into StoryTagger and try syncing again.
